The Peace College community is made up of nearly 700 students, 90 full and part-time faculty members, and more than 100 staff members. A student to faculty ratio of 11:1 results in small classes where students are engaged and encouraged by the faculty to participate both in and out of class. Our classroom philosophy is not solely based on lectures; rather thriving on collaborative learning between faculty and students by encouraging continuous dialogue. We have found that this type of interaction builds the students confidence and provides for a competitive edge in today's job market.
