WPU receives Top Rankings by US News and World Report
On Monday, September 14, 2020, William Peace University was ranked 24th out of 121 in the Regional Colleges: South category by U.S. News and World Report and tied at #4 for Best Undergraduate Teaching-Regional Colleges South. Additionally, the University was named a Best Value School (#18 in the South), earned the #8 seat for Best Colleges for Veterans, and #23 for social mobility.

The Best Value designation and ranking at #18 in our category outlines the University’s commitment to excellence while keeping a William Peace University education within reach through scholarships and need-based financial aid.
Earning the #8 seat for Best College for Veterans supports WPU’s belief that an accessible and flexible education for veterans is of the utmost importance. The university continues to strive to give veterans the best resources and tools to succeed after military service.

WPU’s ranking as “Top Performer for Social Mobility” recognizes how well the University serves low-income students and this illustrates the commitment the university has made to give students the tools they need through education, faculty mentorship, and immersive, hands-on learning opportunities to drive successful outcomes.
