Tara has dedicated her career to education, with over 15 years of experience as a classroom teacher in North Carolina. During this time, she built strong relationships with elementary-aged students and their families. For the past three years, Tara has worked in admissions at William Peace University, where she focuses on adult learning programs and online education options. She is particularly passionate about supporting teacher candidates and collaborating with local school systems to navigate the teacher licensure process.
Tara holds a Master’s degree in Elementary Education and has completed post-graduate coursework in College Counseling at UCLA. She lives in Wake Forest and enjoys spending her free time supporting her two young boys as they participate in youth sports across the Triangle area.
