How will members of the campus community participate in the search process?

Many members of the campus community met with the consultants during the initial campus visit. The information shared during this visit is particularly valuable during the recruiting phase of the search process. Members of the campus community who were unable to meet with the consultants were also invited to share their insights through a confidential survey. In addition, each constituency of the campus community is represented by at least one member of the search committee and small groups of faculty, students, and staff will be involved in the finalist interviews to ensure broad participation while protecting the candidate confidentiality.
