I see a tremendous opportunity for Peace to grow its impact while preserving the culture that makes it feel like home to so many students. The opportunity is to build on Peace’s strengths, including immersive learning, an extraordinary location, and a proud legacy, while expanding visibility and outcomes in ways that align with mission.

Strategically, that looks like three interlinked priorities: elevate reputation in Raleigh, expand the tuition base, and build meaningful industry partnerships. Peace has capacity to grow its undergraduates and launch specialized, bespoke graduate degrees essential for the region, while maintaining Peace’s character and student-centered experience. Peace also is well positioned to develop meaningful community partnerships that lead to internships and credentials, which, in turn, lead to strong outcomes, increased visibility, expanded opportunities for alumni engagement, and enhanced financial support for students.

A key opportunity within that strategy is Peace Online. It expands access for adult and military-affiliated learners and creates a flexible platform for emerging-industry partnerships, allowing employers to work with Peace as a trusted, student-centered talent partner while we broaden educational opportunities consistent with Peace’s mission.
