Director of Public Safety
Kevin Phillips is a seasoned public safety and security executive with more than 30 years of experience spanning law enforcement, healthcare, and higher education. An FBI National Academy graduate and former DEA Task Force member, he brings expertise in security operations, risk management, emergency preparedness, and executive protection.
